* Cancellation Policy
1. Amendments Policy
Any changes/amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each canceled cabin as per the following percentages:

2. Cancellation Policy due to Force Majeure:
In case of circumstances beyond the normal control of the Parties, such as war, civil or political unrest, strikes, catastrophes, storms, government restriction, epidemics, and other events according to the laws of Vietnam or disruption to fuel supplies for the vessel, the cruise must be canceled. If a cruise is canceled because of the above force situations, then the booking will be reserved within 6 months from the announcement date

Morning
8:00 - 8:30: A luxury limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart to Tuan Chau Marina in Halong City.
NOTE: This picking service is only for guests booking a limousine or shuttle bus option with an additional fee.
During the journey, take a short rest at the Ha Long Pearl export processing area. You’ll learn about the various stages of pearl cultivation. This also offers travelers a chance to purchase a wide range of pearl-based souvenirs and take home a piece of the region's unique culture and craftsmanship.
11:45 - 12:10: Upon your arrival at the Capella Cruise Lounge at No. 27 Tuan Chau Marina, you’re guided to complete the check-in process. Then, you will be transferred to Capella's tender to embark on the cruise. It will take you about 15 minutes to board the Capella cruise.
In addition to receiving your room key, you will be served a drink as you wait to hear the cruise manager talking about the ship's Introduction and safety procedures.
After being warmly welcomed by crew members, leave your luggage and be ready for a tasty buffet lunch served at Harmony of the Sea restaurant.
Afternoon
This is outdoor activities time with a unique Infinity Water Slide from Capella cruise, kayaking, or swimming in crystal water around Ao Ech Area, where you can immerse in its pristine natural beauty combination of poetic and appealing scenery with many rocky karst mountains.
You can also choose relaxing activities that immediately sweep your pressure away, like the Oasis Pool and Jacuzzi unbending, or try golf skills at the mini-golf course on the sundeck.
17:00 - 18:00: Happy Hour "Buy 01 Get 01" will be held at Spirit of the Sea Lounge or Ocean Sky sundeck. Enjoy fresh snacks, sip drinks, and catch the most breathtaking Lan Ha Bay sunset in memorable pictures.
Meanwhile, it’s also possible for you to challenge your cooking skills with fresh spring rolls at the Vietnamese cooking class. Moreover, you can probably get a lovely certificate after finishing cooking.
Night
Indulge in a gourmet dinner at the restaurant, adding another layer of enjoyment to your experience.
It’s time for you to freely take part in nightlife activities such as watching a film in the Spirit of the Sea lounge, which provides favorable popcorn, and singing karaoke with your loved ones in the Sea Melody Theatre. Otherwise, engaging in exciting board games in the Cigar & Poker room and trying freshly caught squid will be also your thrilling activities.

6:00 AM: Welcome the new day full of energy with a Tai-chi class or play golf on the boat and watch the sunrise.
Breakfast is ready to serve you at the restaurant with tea, coffee, pastries, and traditional pho and fish noodle soup (mealtime is subject to change according to the itinerary).
Join the 1.5 - 2 hour tour to Trung Trang Cave in the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve. Besides the beauty of natural stalactites, this place also has its own mysterious ecosystem waiting for you to explore.
After that, return to the boat, pack your luggage, and check out. Then, have lunch at the restaurant and enjoy the view of Halong Bay before leaving.
11:00: Say goodbye and see you again as you leave the cruise and return to the port.
15:30 - 16:00: Arrival in Hanoi. Complete your Halong discovery.
